The Team

Heather, a practitioner of Yin Yoga, often combines guided meditations and Yoga Nidra with her classes creating the soul soothing experience of a mind-body connection. Her unique approach to fostering self awareness within the postures creates a much desired self acceptance. She has begun to delve into the world prenatal and postpartum health and birthing support which she will soon be integrating this knowledge and experience into the collective. Heather is now a Kangen distributor and is passionate about sharing the magic of alkaline water with the community that she has been apart of for more than 20 years. All while trying her best to keep the healthiest and most unique houseplants available.
