Heather, a practitioner of Yin Yoga, often combines guided meditations and Yoga Nidra with her classes creating the soul soothing experience of a mind-body connection. Her unique approach to fostering self awareness within the postures creates a much desired self acceptance. She has begun to delve into the world of peri natal health and birthing support which she now has begun integrating this knowledge and experience into the collective offering her services as a full spectrum doula. Heather is a Kangen distributor and is passionate about sharing the magic of electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water with the community that she has been apart of for more than 20 years. All while trying her best to keep the freshest cut flowers and healthiest most unique houseplants available.
