Sarah’s heart and passion lie in helping people discover healing within themselves and their relationships. She believes in guiding others to see their lives mirrored in the cycles and richness of the natural world—where our inner landscapes, emotions, and experiences flow like seasons and weather patterns.
With over 25 years of experience in Mental Health and Human Services, Sarah brings a deeply trauma-informed approach to her work. Her background in Expressive Art Therapy and love for facilitating group work create dynamic, creative spaces for transformation and connection.
Sarah is open and affirming of diverse identities and ways of being. She honors the many forms that healing, connection, and family can take.
