A Bit About Josie

Meet Josie Banks, your SoulCollage®️ Facilitator! 

Josie has been facilitating SoulCollage®️, workshops for the last several years. Her personal practice of SoulCollage®️, and facilitating others through the process, is something she truly enjoys. 

This gentle, creative process helps her round out a holistic lifestyle, and it could help you as well. 

SoulCollage®️ is an expressive soul practice done in community or individually. 

You'll tune into self, have a safe space to share, and will create some beautiful 5x8 collage cards that will speak back to you, the maker. 

You can work one on one with Josie in a quiet space sharing any ideas or issues you are working with, or just free style it. Gathering in community for a relaxing introspective workshop is great too! 

Bring a journal and something to add to the community alter space.
