About the Course
In the sourdough 101 workshop, we will learn the basics of sourdough in a low key setting. We will learn about starters, kneading, proofing, scoring, and baking. Everyone will leave with recipes, a jar of active starter, a proofing loaf of bread, a baked loaf of bread and new friends.
An optional starter kit will be available for and additional $55 inquire for more details.
