Herbalist Rosemary Gladstar popularized the original recipe, which contained fresh horseradish, ginger, garlic, and cayenne.
Many variations now exist, including herbs such as elderberry, hibiscus, rosehips, hyssop, ginseng, and turmeric.
This formula uses culinary herbs and common kitchen ingredients for a simple and effective tonic. Honey adds sweetness, probiotics, and acts as a natural preservative.
You will leave with a batch started, a very clear recipe to follow and sample of an already steeped batch. Plus a deeper sense of community which we are all about! Come join in the fun!
