What to expect:
🔸 Join one our collective practitioners and Subconscious Change Specialist, Alina Nikishina, to learn how to tap into the power of relaxation and presence through practical, easy, and effective techniques for managing stress that you can use in the moment when you need them most.
🔸 Arrive gently with relaxing herbal tea and a simple process to bring you to the present moment.
🔸Discover how stress and reactivity can play out in the body and reflect on how and when it happens in your life (and what to do when it does!)
🔸Learn & practice fun & easy techniques for stress relief that you’ll be able to integrate into daily life
End with a relaxing guided meditation and take presence and peace into the rest of your day.
